We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy before booking. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.
full refund will be issued within a week (7 days) of booking provided there is at least 4 months until the check-in date. If there is less than 4 months until check-in a 24-hour free cancellation period from booking applies.
A 10% cancellation fee of the total booking amount applies for a booking cancelled at least 6 months prior to check-in. The remaining amount already paid above the cancellation fee will be refunded less any payment processing fees.
A 50% cancellation fee of the total booking amount applies for a booking cancelled at least 3 months prior to check-in. The remaining amount already paid above the cancellation fee will be refunded less any payment processing fees.
Cancellations within 3 months of check-in will be eligible for a 50% credit of the deposited amount for the booking provided we are able to refill the ORIGINAL RESERVED dates, the credit may be adjusted based on value of the replacement booking. The credit value can be used to book at a later date.
If Mountain View Mansion becomes unavailable due to property damage, emergency repairs, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund or offer comparable alternative accommodations.
Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges if the new dates have higher rates. Contact us at least 60 days before check-in to request modifications.
Guests who do not check in and do not cancel before check-in time will be charged the full amount of the reservation with no refund.

Travel insurance can protect your investment in case of unexpected illness, family emergencies, travel delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Most policies cost 5-7% of your trip total and provide comprehensive coverage including cancellation protection.
